Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Little Success Habits ("we", "us") is a trade name of Kurup Solutions LLC, 1500 N Grant St, Ste R, Denver, CO 80203, USA. This policy explains what information we collect through littlesuccesshabits.com, go.littlesuccesshabits.com, the Capacity Check, our emails and our products, and how we use it.
What we collect
-
Information you give us: your email address, your name if you share it, and the answers you enter in tools like the Capacity Check: estimated monthly take-home pay, estimated monthly spending, and whether your finances are shared. We don't ask for account numbers, and you don't need to give exact figures.
-
Purchase information: when you buy a product, our payment processor handles your card details. We receive your name, email and order details, never your full card number.
-
Automatic information: like most websites, our site, funnel pages and email tools collect basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited, the page address you visited, and whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, using cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
-
To show your Capacity Check result and email it to you, along with next steps for your result.
-
To send our newsletter and occasional emails about our own products. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
-
To deliver products you buy and provide support.
-
To understand what's useful and improve our content, tools and products, for example by looking at results across all users in aggregate.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the business. They process data on our behalf only:
-
Website and blog: Wix
-
Quiz, forms, email and checkout: HighLevel (LeadConnector), which sends email through Mailgun
-
Payments: our payment processor (Stripe)
-
Analytics: Wix Analytics and HighLevel page statistics
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
-
Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
-
Ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@littlesuccesshabits.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
-
Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
-
Do Not Track: our site doesn't currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there's no common standard for them yet. You can still control cookies in your browser.
Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it for marketing. If laws where you live give you additional rights (for example the GDPR in the EU and UK, or US state privacy laws), we'll honour them.
Email info@littlesuccesshabits.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you're subscribed or a customer, and as needed for legal and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Children
Our site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
